We have seen this just a couple of times, suggestion is to close your browser completely and relaunch it. Or try another browser, if you are using Chrome, try Safari, Firefix or Internet Explorer. If the problem still exists, try clearing your cache on your browser. If you have used a credit on a bad photo, please send us the receipt and photo and we will reimburse you or give you more credits.
